Rent ranges: 1 bedrooms ranging from $1065 to $1175 / 2 bedrooms ranging from $1150 to $1585 / 3 bedrooms from $1695

Utilities: All homes have individual water and electricity meters so that you can reap the rewards of your thoughtful consumption.

Lease terms available: 6 – 11 months

Application Fees: $42 per resident over 18 years of age

Deposits: $350-400 Total. $200 is refundable when we wish you well in your next move and your home has been well cared for. $150-200 is non-refundable.

Pets: Four-legged creatures need a good home too....and they find one here. Up to two pets under 25 pounds per home are welcome.

While we know that most pets are upstanding citizens, we do have a pet deposit of $150-200, plus a non-refundable fee of $150-200.
